Expect the unexpected! This place has potential, but with unkempt rooms, rude staff, and limited breakfast options, it can disappoint. My stay was plagued by noise disturbances and a dusty environment, leaving little comfort. A nearby Wawa for breakfast was a bonus, but overall, I wouldn’t recommend going out of your way to stay here.

The room was clean, and I appreciated the tranquility of the hotel during my stay, as there were hardly any guests around. However, the dueling issues of outdated amenities and a bathroom with mold were quite significant drawbacks. The breakfast offered was disappointing with limited choices, prompting me to skip it most mornings. Overall, while the basic room structure was adequate for the price, several improvements are needed for a more comfortable experience.

This place suits me perfectly, providing everything I need like wi-fi, air conditioning, tv, and 24-hour reception. I still remember how staff helped me with currency tips on my first stay. I recommend it and will be back for...

The location of Days Inn in Richmond is very convenient. It's close to I-95 and I-295, making it easy to get around. The Queen room I had felt cozy and clean, which was a nice surprise. The staff at the front desk were friendly, adding to the welcoming vibe. However, the dining options left much to be desired. Breakfast selections were limited, with stale cereal and minimal choices. The microwave in the room was outdated, which felt a bit off. The bathroom cleanliness was questionable, with stained towels and some mold present around the tub. I appreciated the housekeeping staff's efforts during my stay. They kept the room tidy and well-stocked with essentials. Overall, I experienced good service but some noticeable areas needing attention, particularly regarding breakfast quality and bathroom maintenance.

I enjoyed how close the hotel was to Lewis Ginter Botanical Garden, which made it easy for me to take a peaceful stroll among the beautiful flowers, and I also loved being just a short drive away from the Three Lakes Nature Center and Aquarium for a fun time exploring nature with my family during our visit.

Surprisingly decent stay

Got stuck here during a snowstorm and ended up with a clean room. The heat was on point, which was a lifesaver. The hotel had a chill vibe, kind of basic but exactly what we needed. Just wish they had breakfast available. Instead, we snagged a bite nearby. Not bad for last-minute!
